The room is spacious, the location is perfect (about 5 mins walk to the cathedral, 2-3mins to street "pg. del born", the breakfast and the facility are good, the rooftop for catching winter sun, the staff working there were very polite and helpful

I came back to this hotel for the 2nd time as I simply loved it. It’s in the center of Palma, close to really good restaurants (Ombu, Forn, Koa, Mambu, La vieja …) and bars (Abaco, its neighbour). Rooms are perfect and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious (thanks to Gabriela working her magic in the kitchen). Hotel reception staff have even given us a short tour of the hotel highlighting its architectural points, an extra mile if you ask me. Anyway, nothing to complain about.

Location is perfect for a number of the major sights in the old town. Our room was very large & comfortable in the old section of the hotel . Nice large bed & the bathroom was more than adequate. Good storage space to allow total unpacking. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection & even cakes - excellent coffee machine with a number of options.An enjoyable stay with a large number of restaurants a short walk from the hotel. Nice seating area on the roof which gives you a view of the Cathedral. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic location near to all the tapas bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with good serving hours.

The hotel location is very central and well placed for the busy restaurants and bars but set back in a quiet courtyard. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the breakfast has a good selection and the bar came in handy in the evenings. The roof terrace and pool have a fabulous backdrop of the Cathedral. The staff are lovely and welcoming too.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is brilliant, personal service offered, good choice of food and very well presented. The breakfast timings are flexible and the breakfast area was never crowded. The rooms are well cleaned and very well maintained.

We loved the hotel, it was clean, the location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the Old Town of Palma. Just a few mins walk from Cathedral and you can even see it from far, from the hotel sauna. Also a 25 mins walk to the city beach which is nice. Loads of nice restaurants and bars around to enjoy! The staff are incredible, super helpful and nice! Special mention to Thomas who is awesome. The breakfast is also so lovely and fresh. Really recommend! Hospitality is top notch!

Exceptional stay at Petit Palace in the heart of Palma. 5 mins walk from some of the best restaurants and all the main attractions. Beautiful courtyard to lounge and have the most superb buffet breakfast and a fantastic spacious room with a view of the courtyard. Also there is a great rooftop with a pool to relax in after a day spent exploring.

the property was in an amazing location, super clean and modern, all staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. all facilities were great and the hotel felt very safe. the breakfast selection was excellent. we booked a taxi transfer to the airport through reception and it came instantly picking us up right outside the front gates.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the room service to keep it that way everyday, was excellent. The breakfast is buffet style, and the staff are very accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect, with the markets, taxis, and a myriad of very good bars and restaurants all literally on the doorstep. This is an ideal oasis for a city break in Palma.
